family neighborhood with other homes in close proximity, NO LOUD MUSIC or yelling/screaming outside during evening hours. Outdoor activities must be done by 9pm Sunday to Thursday and 10 pm Friday and Saturday nights. We appreciate your understanding.
***San Diego has a noise ordinance 10pm-7am in residential zones. (FYI--neighbors have been known to enforce)***
- Please ask hosts if you need extra fans, also you can get a nice cross breeze with windows open.
- City trash and recycle days are on Wednesday. We politely ask guests to take out the bins to the street and/or bring them in. Neighbors complain if bins are left on street for days and we want to abide by our good neighbor policy.

Summary: The property was beautiful, it was close to the beaches, and we loved having the pool in the hot tub to come home too after a long day at the beach. The property manager was very prompt with any requests we had everything was clean and perfect for our large family. We would definitely book this place again.

Summary: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything else we needed to be comfortable was provided. The backyard, especially the pool and jacuzzi, was a huge plus. Great location. Crystal was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

Summary: Overall, it was a beautiful cute home for our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and the outdoor space. It was perfect for our cozy getaway with friends. I was a little shocked at the additional price to turn on the Jacuzzi and pool. We did pay for and utilize them one night in order to make the most of our fun-filled days. The owner was very prompt with responding to messages. Unfortunately, our rental car was stolen from the driveway of the house. It is still missing to this day. It's not the fault of the VRBO, but it was shocking for us because we're not familiar with the location. Overall the house was very clean and it was beautiful.

Summary: We loved our stay here! The house was very clean and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool. As someone who likes to cook when we stay, the kitchen was very well stocked! The host was quick to respond with anything we needed and even got the kids some new pool toys! She is wonderful! We highly recommend this spot. If you have younger kids, the beach house room is excellent for everyone to sleep comfortably.

Summary: Me and my wife needed a house for our family to stay while we celebrated my wedding and this home was perfect. Crystal was so great as far as communication and presenting just a great experiencing which was also my first time using VRBO. I had a party of 10 stay here that served as a reception for my wedding as well and it was fabolous. If you’re looking for a great space with a pool this is it!

Summary: We absolutely loved this place and Crystal. It was fairly well appointed, had comfortable beds, was clean and the pool of course was a great bonus. My favorite part though was how responsive Crystal was with anything that came up. She cared about our comfort and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. We've stayed right on the beach for family vacations for years but decided to try a house with a pool this time. We will definitely be re booking in the future at this property as everyone in our family raved about the comfort and size of this house.
