Positive: This is a great place for a group stay in Las Vegas. The location is terrific -- close to all the main attractions but in a quiet residential area. The house is spacious, bright and very well furnished, with big en suite bedrooms, nice sitting and dining areas and an excellent kitchen. The added bonus is the swimming pool which is of a decent size and very well maintained. The house could comfortably accommodate four couples which makes it very good value.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: A lovely oasis in Vegas -- highly recommended

Positive: Great place to stay. Spacious design, great amenities and easy to keep clean!

Negative: Small 2-3” step near laundry room can catch people off guard, so be careful if you are clumsy 😅.

Summary: I will recommend this place to friends/family in the future and hope to stay again myself!

Positive: Breakfast wasn't expected

Negative: A little draconian in terms of house rules, probably laid down with bachelor parties In mind so understandable. There is a 10pm curfew for being in the yard which is early given a lot of shows end way after that time.

Summary: Excellent place for families where hiring three or four hotel rooms would be v pricey. Thank you.
