Summary: Best hidden gem in vegas

Summary: At check in (Matthew) who was assisting me, placed my credit card as well as my ID on top of the counter for other guests to see. I tried to throw him a “hint” to at least place my information BEHIND the counter with him, but he didn’t catch on. Instead there was a group of gentleman behind me waiting to check in and looking right over my shoulder and I felt that they could’ve been looking at my personal and financial information. I requested a high floor room but that was denied.. once in my room, it smelled like mildew and body odor. The floors were not clean, the toilet had stains on the seat and there was male excrement inside of the bath robe and on the floor!! Disgusting!! There was also hair and other particles throughout the room. I called to the front desk and they did move me, however, for the price they charge I should have least been upgraded or had money taken off. This is my second stay here and I believe it will be my last.

Summary: We had a good experience! The price was very good even though they added a resort fee the parking was very convenient and part of the package the restaurant we ate at was good. It’s not really in the middle of the strip but not too far away. Everything was super fancy and upscale the hotel was not as busy as I was expecting. We had a decent view of the sphere from our room. TV and Internet and all the amenities were nice. Price for the restaurants in every little other thing was slightly overpriced but so is everything nowadays. Bed was very comfortable bathroom was very clean I like all of the automation in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Summary: Fountainebleau is the best 5 star hotel of all the ones I had stayed before. Innovative technology, spacious room, convenience, and luxurious comfort. Just a simple touch of a button controls everything in the room. I had the king with 2 bathrooms, wet bar, and a living room. There is so much space that you can put a rollaway bed and it’s like a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house. There are toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving cream, etc necessities already included. There is an ice/water combo machine on every floor, so convenient. The bathrobes and slippers are soft like wrapping in a cloud. The bed is super comfortable like my own bed. And the pillows are the most comfortable I have ever slept on before. I slept through every night and felt so refreshed. Room service is prompt and accommodating. Everywhere in the room is so clean. Maybe because this hotel is so new. But I can tell the hardworking housekeepers also play a crucial part to maintain the cleanliness of the whole hotel. Another plus is the breathtaking view of the Sphere from the hotel room. I can enjoy the ever changing screen of the Sphere from my room’s living room and bedroom. I want to make Fountainebleau my exclusive hotel of choice whenever I visit Las Vegas again.
