Positive: This place is fantastic - perfect position in CBD near lots of restaurants and the photos don’t do it justice it’s much nicer than the photos

Negative: If I was to be picky it would be the lack of a exhaust fan in the front bathroom and the shower in the ensuite takes a while to heat up
