-No loud noises after 9pm. Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 9pm and 7 am.
-Please remove shoes at the door and refrain from wearing shoes in the house -Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms.
-No parties or events.
-There is no smoking in the apartment or on the premises.
-There is one designated parking spot on the premises for your convenience. If you have more vehicles, they will need to be parked on the street.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at the prickly pear upstairs studio! The place was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything you needed - from a fully equipped kitchen to plenty of coffee for our mornings. The host had excellent communication from start to finish making check-in and our entire stay super easy. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel comfortable and welcome here. We absolutely would stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a clean, cozy and well equipped space.

Summary: Nice and clean but we have only one suggestion and that is to put a chair inside so you don't have to rely on the bed or the table outside to sit although we do realize there are isn't much room for one. My husband has a bad back and cannot sit on the bed when it became cold at night.
