3 Bedroom House in Beach Haven Gardens, Long Beach Township

The house is 3 stories. It was rebuilt and just finished in November 2016. Ground floor has a concrete floor. It is unfinished. There is a foyer with entrance up to the second floor. Second floor contains a living room, master bedroom with a queen size bed and built- in closet, guest room contains a queen size bed, full bath with bathtub and shower, sunroom with a dining table that seats 9, and beautiful kitchen. On the 3rd floor is a bedroom, loft containing 3 twin beds It also has a full bath with shower. All rooms are cable ready. There are 4 televisions. Outback is a deck off the sunroom door on the 2nd floor. Out the door from the loft, is a balcony. Both deck and balcony have beautiful views of the marina behind the house and the bay so you can sit out there and watch the sunset. On the ground floor is a table with 6 chairs. Other items available are: gas grill, Keurig, toaster, crock pot, pots and pans, linens and towels. I am also supplying 9 beach badges for your use and then to returned for next renter.

There are absolutely NO pets allowed and no more than 9 people inside

Summary: First off shout out to the host for such a simple and smooth process. Major shout out to him for allowing us to check in couple hours early as it was just a 2 day 1 night trip. That gave us extra time that we cherished! The house is super clean, has a lot of rooms, had towels sheets other things ready and clean too! The location is beyond perfect. You can sit on the balcony and have a meal overlooking the bay, then walk 2/3 minutes to the beach!! Plenty of places to eat and explore nearby as well. 5/5!!! If you’re looking for a spot for a trip to LBI, you can’t go wrong here!
