Please handle the house like a homeowner even if someone will come and clean up after you leave (extra charge for that) and check on departure if all is well.
Bed linen and towels will be provided and beds will be installed before your arrival.
No smoking inside the house (please take care of it).
Pets allowed but with great care (clean the hair and pick up everything inside and in the garden)

Summary: This is a clean, comfortable and quiet house where is very easy to stay because the owner makes it easy, and you can find almost everything you can need in any occasion. It is in a small village in the countryside but near to the main monuments and interesting cities.
