Summary: We had a very pleasant stay in Les Sables d'Olonnes. All facilities are in the close neighborhood. The communication with the caretaker was perfect. The equipment of the house is great. It is a great place to start exploring the region.

Summary: Property needs updating as it feels tired internally. The shower needs a handle for older people to use as a support whilst showering. The garden would benefit from a good tidy and weeds around the house walls makes it look old and dirty as do the many broken floor tiles. It was adequate but for the price paid there are better available. Agent kept in touch, was pleasant and happy to oblige.
