This house has it all. The backyard is a high end resort. It includes beautiful custom landscaping worth $250k. It features outdoor Travertine flooring around the heated pebble-tec pool, a built in spa/hot tub under a custom pergola, 10 TVS inside/outside, custom Kitchen-Aid BBQ and kitchenette w/an outdoor stove, 18 person outdoor picnic table under the full length covered patio w/ 3 ceiling fans, 6 person firepit table with custom Pergola, 6 sun lounge chairs, & 3 Egg lounge chairs. The built in hot tub also has a waterfall with a new LED Light.

The backyard has a mini-putt putt, ping pong table, foosball table, cornhole, Jinga and a dartboard.
Inside the game room, you have a billiards table, 4 arcade games (Pac Man, Galaga, Mortal Combat 2, Big Buck Hunter) and 15 other board games. Some include Monopoly, Apples to Apples, Poker, Chess, Playing Cards, Cards against Humanity, & another game called, "What do you Meme."
As soon as you walk inside the kitchen, you have built in Samsung appliances, a new Samsung Refrigerator, and a 36" induction cook-top. You also have a custom 8 person quartz waterfall island table in kitchen.
As far as the bathrooms, you have beautiful high end tile and finishing's in every bathroom (4 full bathrooms). You have a soaking black tub in the master bathroom with 2 rain shower heads & a 59 inch Floating Vanity, and the other 3 bathrooms have rainfall shower heads. 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. 1 of the bathrooms is downstairs on main level
Each bedroom has its own TV with Cable access, and hotel quality mattresses and sheets. Each bedroom includes wall receptacles with USB Ports next to the lamps which help charge your hand-held device, tablet or other smart devices charge faster than a normal power outlet (3.4 amps).

Heated Pool Service available for an additional fee:
$225 dollars for the first day
$150 for each additional day.
Early Check-in/ Late Check-Out Fee-$400 plus tax per request (when available).
1 BBQ Propane Tank Provided per stay. Extra propane tanks can be purchased for $50 per tank to operate gas firepit table.
Pool is heated to 80 degrees and typically takes up to 3 full days to warm the 20,000 gallon pool. Heated Pool service should be paid at initial reservation. This fee is non- refundable, so please only pay for it if you are sure you need the pool to be heated.
We DO NOT offer the option to heat the pool for a portion of your stay as it is costly to heat 20,000 gallons of water for the property owner.
