This spacious home offers 13 beds amongst 7 bedrooms! 5 King beds, 4 queens (including 1 sofa pull out) and 4 fulls. (additional roll away beds are available upon request) There are 6 full bathrooms and 1 half bath equipped with shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, towels and toilet paper for your convenience. This home is perfect for large groups, families, work trips, bachelor/bachelorettes, golf groups and more! Guests have access to the entire property- the main house, as well as the guest house. Ample privacy, located at the end of the street in a cul-de-sac
Enjoy time in the living areas on the cozy sectionals, and plenty additional seating. Play some card games or enjoy drinks at the high top marble bar. Cook, or hire a private chef in the fully equipped kitchen with Viking appliances. The serene backyard offers a huge pool ( can be heated upon request), hot tub, sand volleyball, pickleball court, pool table, ping pong table, bag toss game, giant Jenga, gas BBQ grill, two firepits and very large gazebo with a comfy sectional, outdoor smart TV, and dining area. Two of the bedrooms also have a work station, with a desk and desk chair. A pack n play and highchair are provided for the little ones!
* One night stays are strictly limited to 8 people on the property at all times. No exceptions. All other reservations of two nights or more are allowed the maximum occupancy of 16 people on the property at any given time according to policies.

Summary: Eight of us friends have enjoyed coming to Arizona every April for the past 24 years. 22 of those years was in the Las Vegas area, but we decided to try Scottsdale Arizona this year. This property showed so well online that I was initially skeptical if it could be this perfect. All eight of us love the house, fully accommodated and we had a blast. working with Alex and Noah from the initial booking to the arrival tour of the house were great to work with. We will definitely make this house our April getaway for the upcoming years. Not one of the friends involved want to go back to Vegas. Thank you for a gorgeous house with a beautiful pool and spa and fully loaded with all amenities needed for incredible experience.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this Scottsdale property! The pool was absolutely beautiful, and the hosts were kind enough to increase the heat for us (for a small additional fee) so our kids could swim comfortably. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and the volleyball court doubled as the best giant sandbox — our kids were in heaven.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The hosts were super responsive and easy to work with from start to finish.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Summary: We had a great time at this house. It was perfect for our 8 guy golf trip. The home had plenty of bedrooms and a lot of amenities for the group. The home is stocked with everything you'd need including the spices in the kitchen. Noah, the property manager, was great to work with. He was easy to communicate with and gave us a great tour of the home before our stay started. Can't thank you enough for a great experience.

Summary: We stayed at this property for a golf trip with a group of 12 guys, and it was perfect for our needs. The house was spotless upon arrival, with plenty of space for everyone to relax.
