Positive: Small problem when first arrived postcode was for about 3 doors, spoke to contact and was met by the guy cleaning my room ready for my arrival as he was running a little late no issues with that room was fine

Negative: Could do with a comfy chair would be my only complaint, not a major issue though

Positive: Wow this place is so beautiful booked it for my husband's birthday hide out.When we got there we couldnt believe what we saw.5 star room with everything you need including washing machine,fridge ,dryer, fan ,kettle ,microwave ,plates and shower nice one and toiltet the mirror was classy .Check in was easy with code same with check out The deco took our breath will definetely book again.

Negative: Nothing really .Unfortunately i cant retrieve the video i took would have loved to share

Positive: Room very clean and facilities good. Advertised as a small double room, with en suite bathroom, but also had a well equipped kitchenette. Location good for what I needed. Good value.

Negative: Wouldn't really describe the accommodation as having a garden view (although this didn't bother me). Also, only a small parking area for cars. However, street parking nearby was not a problem.

Summary: I enjoyed my short stay in this well equipped, clean and pleasant room.

Positive: Clean, tidy and everything as advertised and some. Tea/coffee supplies for the kettle, a couple of coffee pods for the coffee machine and even a washing pod in the washer/drier making it ready for use. Would definitely stay there again. Was ideally placed for what I needed for my trip.

Negative: The pillows were very thin. I only have one pillow normally but in this case I needed both so it was lucky I was on my own. There is a desk by the bed which is great as I wanted to work "from home" rather than walk to work but no power socket close enough to be useful. There is a double socket the other side of the bed so a simple extension lead installed to the desk would solve that problem. Some better pillows and an extension lead and I would struggle to find fault.

Summary: Stayed for a week and would happily stay for longer.
