A 7 km de Las Terrenas, de ces merveilleuses plages et restaurants francais, une villa atypique au coeur d'un parc tropical privé de 35 hectares. Plus de 500 M2, 10 pieces, 5 chambres dont 1 dans le bungalow piscine, mobilier contemporain, equipement complet, immenses terrasses, piscine d'eau de source avec bar dans l'eau à l'écart de la villa pour la protection des enfants, pergola et bungalow, 8 chevaux, vues panoramiques sublimes.
Personnel de maison et gardiennage 24h/24 inclus:- 1 gardien - 1 femme de ménage - 1 pisciniste- 2 jardiniers. Repas sur demande à régler sur place.
Un lieu unique et rare.
La veille de votre arrivée, un point GPS vous sera envoyé ainsi que le numero de téléphone de Moreno, le responsable de la villa. Vous devrez l'appeler pour fixer un rendez vous avec lui. Il vous attendra et vous accompagnera à la villa pour effectuer votre entrée et la visite de la villa. Merci de suivre les indications que je vous enverrai après la confirmation de la reservation ainsi vous emprunterez le meilleur chemin pour accéder à la villa. Comme c'est un domaine privé il n'ya pas de numero et nom de rue.
La villa n'est pas située à l'entrée du domaine mais au milieu du parc tropical privé de 35 hectares.
La piscine se situe à l’écart de la Villa (environ 100m) pour la sécurité des enfants. Elle est équipée d’un bungalow, d’un salon extérieur pour 10 personnes et d’une cuisine. Les coussins ont été changés en novembre 2022, désolée je n'ai pas les nouvelles photos.
La 5e chambre se situe au bungalow piscine.
La máster bedroom a des wc dans sa salle de douche ainsi que la salle de douche du bungalow piscine.
Les 3 autres chambres ont des salles de douche privée mais sans wc. Ils se trouvent sur le palier.
Les toitures ont été rénovées en novembre 2022.
La villa est ventilée naturellement par un système de clairvoies et se situe à 400m d'altitude, plus frais qu'en bord de plage ou en ville. Pas de ventilateur ou air conditionné. Plus écologique, respectons la nature
A proximité: Las terrenas -plages: bonita, coson, punta popy, ballenas... - restaurants: village des pêcheurs, the beach ,Luis, casa grande...-sports: pura vida (surf, kite, planche), plongee, peche au gros, cheval, tennis -bars: mosquito, bodega, gaia- Excursions: los haitises (parc naturel et marin), cascades, baleines, quad et les dizaines de kilometres de plages encore desertes a decouvrir (El valley, Rincon, Fronton...)
Le barbecue, le réfrigérateur, le lave linge et la télévision et l'électroménager de la cuisine piscine sont neufs, novembre 2022.
Le lave vaisselle est en panne, j'attends la carte mere qui doit arriver des usa. Ara est présente du lundi au samedi et se chargera de la vaisselle à laver.
4x4, suv ou pick up fortement recommandé et plus confortable.
la route communale est en attente de réfection par la mairie. Elle a été abimée suite à de fortes pluies. Je voulais m'occuper de la rénovation mais je n'ai pas le droit parce que c'est une route publique. Le domaine est situé dans le village de Naranjito à 7 km de Las Terrenas. Aucun de mes locataires n'ont eu de problème en l'empruntant. La route privée à l'intérieur du domaine a été rénové en mai 2022

Summary: We were very impressed with the location of this property. It was clean and well prepared for our arrival. It is a nice and quiet area. It is a great place for people that enjoy nature. As for our stay, Lady that takes care of the cleaning - Ara - also was preparing breakfast and lunch. She is an amazing person with a huge heart. She did everything what we asked and even more. Moreno !!! This is the best chef we ever met. We had different dinners every night, and he was surprising Us with the combination of food and how well it was prepared to our taste. The dinner looked amazing and tasted even better. The owner "Carol" must be very proud to have Ara and Moreno !!! As to the owner "Carol" - the house is very beautiful, the area and view all around is breathtaking. The pictures that show this property were taken with new furniture, but it was at least 10-15 years ago, now the furniture is in a bad shape, especially in the living room and outside on the porch, where we spent the most time. Mostly the couches and pillows. Not just Us, but I think that other clients will appreciate this change. We would love to come back again in the future. We already miss Ara and Moreno.

Summary: For the price you just can’t ask for anything more. The host responds to your questions within minutes. Moreno and Ara are amazing from cooking to cleaning and helping you in anyway possible. Best b’day ever. Looking fwd to coming back in the near future. Summary: The location of the property is exactly what I wanted and expected, is far from everything and it’s close at the same time, if you like nature this is the place. The house is clean the owner is very attentive the communication was great, Moreno and Ara(the staff) are great they go out their way to help. Overall a great experience

Summary: We spent Christmas week at La Finca and had an amazing vacation. We wanted a different experience than the resort life and La Finca was the perfect retreat for us. There were 9 of us (4 adults and 5 teenage/adult children) and everybody had a fantastic time. The property is very special with incredible views. It is located about a 20 minutes-drive from Las Terrenas/beaches/stores/tour agencies. (We recommend Supermercado Lindo and Chez Jean in terms of grocery shopping = French supermarket and French bakery with products to die for). The surroundings seen from the main house and the pool area are absolutely breathtaking. The animals roam around freely and move around the vast property. The house is very tastefully and well furnished with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and stress free week. The best feature of the house however are the people that take care of it! Moreno (groundkeeper), Ara (housekeeper) , and Miguel (night guard) were all AMAZING! Moreno cooked for us 4 times out of the 7 nights we were there. You have to trust Moreno with the cooking! You won’t be disappointed!!! Ara has the friendliest smile and at our request made the most delicious fresh fruit juice I have ever tasted (passion was our favorite). Miguel was there at night but was incredibly discreet. The 3 of them are total gems! Finally, Carole (owner of the property) was incredibly helpful before and during our trip. Although away in Europe while we were at the house, she answered the handful of questions we had amazingly quickly. My WhatsApp messages were answered almost instantly. If you are looking for a different experience than a luxury hotel in Punta Cana, La Finca is a great option! Summary: We staid 10 days in the finca Mi Amor in October 2017. We , 5 adults, enjoyed the atmosphere of this amazing place and the perfect care of Ara, Moreno and Papito. Thank you all for your friendliness. The 2 small watch dogs, the cat and the lizards were welcome company. Thank you to the Owners Carole and Fred for sharing this wonderful place with us and for the recommendation with the rental car. Thank you to Ara, Moreno and Papito for everything. Our last evening together was a nice ending of our holiday.

Summary: Can't say enough about this amazing property. So relaxing, so enjoyable, so quiet. Spent 10 days with 2 families and had a wonderful time. Carol and Fred were so accommodating. Summary: "Amazing Villa surrounded by 35 ha of nature. We spent ten days there with our four and two year old kids in January. The Villa is conveniently located near all the ammenities of Las Terrenas yet it provides a perfect hide away in a haven of tranquillity. We explored from there all the province of Samana. The Villa is a beautiful building perfectly well equiped with a graceful mix of wood and modern furniture. It is a very comfortable house with fantastic views (from the house as from the swimming pool). We were looked after by the very discrete staff of the house that cooked for us every day and cleaned the house (very convenient when one wants to feel totally on holiday! Gracias Ara and Moreno). It is the perfect place to feel special in the beautiful province of Samana. Thanks also to Fred and Carole, the owners that made sure that our stay was perfect. Volveremos muy pronto!!"
