Positive: Excellent location Stylist and minimal Very elegant

Negative: The lift was not working on two consecutive days The building is being renovated and they had plastic covers all over the stairs in the communal areas making it tricky to walk up and down the stairs especially as the lift was out of order. Also the building outside is not well lit at night.

Positive: the apartment is BEAUTIFUL! The location cannot be beat. once construction is done, this place would be rated a 10 out of 10.

Negative: there is MAJOR construction going on inside the building and outside the building. I was woken up at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning by the the construction going on literally outside my windows. luckily I was only there for the weekend and no construction on Sunday. I can't imagine staying there longer due to all the noise. also lift is not working during the construction (not an issue for me as I only had a small suitcase to bring up 2 flights of stairs.)
