3 Bedroom House in Stafford

Present Street Place is an 1870s home with a newly renovated interior. It is primarily geared towards guests needing to come to Houston for medical care, but when it is not occupied, we open it to other guests to allow us to reduce the price for cancer patients and their families in Houston for treatment. It is a cozy stay in a multi-cultural area, with a fruit orchard next door.
If you want to host a party, please do so elsewhere. Otherwise, guests of all backgrounds are welcome. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests; please contact us if you have additional day use visitors. We do have video monitoring outside, so we can make sure only approved guests are on-site.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Guest Occupancy Agreement signature is required. No smoking, vaping, or pets are allowed on the property. Payments are processed via our secure main booking system.

+ Ironing board, iron, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hair dryer, first aid items, as well as games and books are provided.

Summary: Present Street was perfect for our short family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We travel A LOT and have stayed in many types of places and this accommodation was the most thoughtful and organized of any we have visited.

Summary: The house was very comfortable. It felt very much like home while we were there. There was quite a bit of traffic on the road by the house, which is not the fault of the homeowners, but something to consider if you’re used to country living like we are. We had a little glitch with the code when we first arrived, but the hosts were quick to get us in and fix the issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the house was a good fit for our family.

Summary: The listing description is accurate. It is a very multi-cultural neighborhood. So much so that we questioned whether or not to stay when we pulled up after dark the first night. Once you enter, the home is a cute little home with charm and smell of an old home. Pros:Big, updated kitchen; TVs with streaming apps, nice sheets, towels, etc; They even keep a backstock of toiletries; Lots of cute signs and instructions are helpful! Lots of communication from owner which was kind. Cons:VERY loud! So much so that we couldn’t stay here again which is sad bc it’s precious and the owners are very kind. The street is very busy ALL night. We slept horribly the first night. We wised up and bought earplugs second night.

Summary: The owners did a great job remodeling this old house to make it functional for modern use. They kept some old styles and decor. The street was busy and loud, but quiet down by bedtime. The house was well stocked and had tips and ID cards to find things. Very well organized and stocked.
