Summary: Lovely home for our group of adult women cousins! Porch kept us dry and mosquito free! Lots of room! Should mention in listing that some sleeping spots are futons. We had a wonderful reunion!

Summary: It fit out group of 15 very well. We were comfortable, the screened in area was great at night, and sunrise was phenomenal. Fishing was a bit poor but we did catch fish on swim baits. Overall it was fantastic.

Summary: We stayed for a week in July 2023. It was our first (and last) time at this property. Unfortunately, the lake was a total disappointment. It is quite a distance from the house. The lake was low and mucky and there is a sunken pontoon right at the end of the dock. We were not able to enjoy the lake in any way. The house is roomy and has a wonderful wrap-a-round porch, but the housekeeping was unacceptable. We cleaned for appx an hour before settling in. The entire house needs a deep clean, (especially the kitchen), and better cleaning in between guests. We reported the poor housekeeping to the caretakers and also sent a photo, so I sincerely hope this situation has improved. It was a very unpleasant way to begin our vacation.

Summary: We had a great stay. Unfortunately mother nature was not kind prior to our visit. The waters were too low for fishing and the pontoon was not available 😕 (it had sank). The golf cart was a must. Trails were awesome. Mosquitos were not terrible (although we did spray the area).
Tina W. Jul 26, 2023 11:00:12 AM
Summary: It was amazing the wrap around porch was nice. The inside of the house was beautiful. The beds were very conformable so much room. The fire pit was nice but only used it once due to the mosquitoes were awful. The trails were nice we rented two golf carts which they were fun. The kids enjoyed riding them on the trails. They even had a bird chase them they thought that was funny. Im not sure what kind of bird. The hot tub was used everyday they really liked it. I wish i could of used it but its not handicapped equipped. The one thing was a bummer was they weren't handicapped equipped for a ramp to go in the house. I use a walker and stairs are a little hard for me. I loved the master room was on the main floor. I didnt go down or upstairs due to i cant do stairs. Loved the central air it was nice. Its a bummer they dont have a pool they should put one in. The water was dried up so we couldn't use the boats but it was ok because it was awful to be out with all the mosquitoes. I would go there again its so peaceful.

Summary: The house was perfect for our group getaway, plenty of space for people to sleep and lots of course space for prepping meals. The golf cart and the trails were a blast.
Barbara F. Jul 11, 2023 11:01:09 AM
Summary: The place was very clean and had all the amenities possible!! The screened in porch was awesome, we even brought our bag boards in there to play at night when it was raining. The fire pit was a little disappointing because the mosquitos were super bad, so we didn’t utilize it as much as we had liked, but they did have bug spray which really helped. We went to go use the kayaks at the dock and 3 of us ended up getting stung by bees which was a bummer:( but the kayaks were really nice! We wanted to use the canoe or the pontoon boat and they were both sunk so that was sad:( The owners did end up contacting us about our stay and they came there right away to solve the bee problem! One of the tvs wasn’t working properly right away and the owner was more than happy to help fix it and got back to me right away! Overall really enjoyable and great for a family!
Bobbie W. Jul 8, 2023 11:00:10 AM
Summary: Overall was good. Rented golf cart. Got charged 200.00 when only got to use it a day due to flat tire.
Kathy W. Mar 7, 2023 01:01:29 PM
Summary: The house felt remote, yet it was easy to get to. The caretakers, Kathy and Mike, were exceptional, going out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The house was very comfortable for our 3-generation, 3-household family staying there and all were interested in a return visit. I want to explore the trails some more, doing some "forest bathing," for all the soothing happiness it provides! We were fascinated by how the pontoon boat got into the lake, and sat there over winter in the water where an apparent spring exists.Things I wish I'd known or thought of to bring: outlet covers for the safety of the youngest members of our group; small mixing bowls; extra dishrag; upstairs bedroom, though very comfortable, does not have easy access to a bathroom.
Matt S. Sep 6, 2022 11:01:29 AM
Summary: The pictures did not do this house or property justice, especially the wrap around porch. We greatly enjoyed the house and all of it's wonderful amenities. The house slept 13 people comfortably and had room for us to spread out. The hot tub was a nice place for us to relax after a few days of golfing (Turtleback and TeeAway). We used the front space to play yard games and even had some people go out and enjoy the trails. I'd recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a nice, secluded weekend away in Wisconsin.
