The chalet is a semi-detached house and extends over 2 floors. It offers a large living room with a seating area and dining table, a modern open fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 1st floor has a balcony. The chalet also has a garden with a terrace equipped with stylish garden furniture and a barbecue. In the basement you can relax in your own sauna with relaxation area. There is also a ski storage room. A charging station (11 kW) for charging electric or hybrid cars is available in your private parking lot. Billing is always based on consumption and is calculated separately.
The location of the chalet is perfect, sunny due to its south-west orientation, and centrally located in Salzburgerland. The ski bus stop is 300 meters away. Summary: Die Green Garden Lodge A2 ist als Doppelhaushälfte in Walchen, einem Nachbardorf von Piesendorf angelegt. Die Einrichtung ist recht modern und zweckgemäß, ohne große Überraschungen. Die Raumaufteilung ist für mein Empfinden sehr unglücklich gewählt, da drei Schlafzimmer im EG sind und zwei davon direkt an die Terasse angrenzen. (Auf der auch gegrillt wird). Positiv ist zu vermerken, das es einen separaten Saunaraum gibt mit Dusche. Die Ausstattung der Küche war insgesamt sehr dürftig. Geschirr war ausreichend vorhanden, jedoch mangelte es selbst an Grundbedarf wie Öl, Essig oder einer kleinen Auswahl an Gewürzen. Man musste wirklich alles kaufen. Wir benötigten noch ein Bettlaken, sowie zwei Kopfkissenbezüge, wofür uns auch extra 7€ abgerechnet wurden. Insgesamt muss man auch sagen das man die Endreinigung mit bezahlt, obwohl man verpflichtet wird bei Abreise die Betten abzuziehen, den Geschirrspüler anzustellen, den Müll getrennt zu entsorgen, sowie das Haus Besenrein zu verlassen. Das man nicht alles hinterlässt wie der letzte Lump ist schon klar, aber so kann ich dann auch noch feucht durchwuschen und die nächsten Gäste können kommen. Positiv anzumerken ist, dass es einen Brötchenservice durch eine Bäckerei im Nachbarort gibt. Insgesamt würde ich das Haus nicht weiterempfehlen, da es seinem Preis nicht gerecht wird.

Summary: Es stehen insgesamt 3 mehr oder weniger identische Doppelhäuser nebeneinander. Wir waren nun das zweite Mal dort. Wie immer bei Belvilla ist alles top organisiert und sauber. Die Zimmer sind tendenziell etwas klein mit wenig Ablagemöglichkeit.

Summary: Das Haus ist wirklich sehr großzügig und es fehlt einem an nichts. Es ist sauber und sehr modern, man kann sich gut wohlfühlen. Es ist gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Wir waren zum Wandern dort und auch der Ort und die Orte drumherum haben uns wirklich gut gefallen. Es ist wirklich ruhig mit viel Natur und Tieren, ein kleiner Bach läuft nebenan, den hört man aber nur bei geöffnetem Fenster. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte im Nachbarort, der keine 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt ist und ging reibungslos. Die Hausverwaltung ist eine wirklich nette und aufmerksame Familie. Eine Kleinigkeit die etwas schade ist, ist dass die Vorhänge etwas fleckig/verschmutzt waren und an den Wänden Flecken sind, von erschlagenen Fliegen/Mücken. Im Großen und Ganzen ist es zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen.

Summary: Het huis was precies zo als er op de foto's stond. Erg plezierig. Fijn dat er in deze tijd ook een échte kerstboom stond. De bedden waren heerlijk! Fijne ruime woonkamer. geweldig sanitair. Heerlijke sauna waar goed gebruik van is gemaakt. De keuken zou wat meer opscheplepels mogen hebben en meer! snijplanken. 1 is wel een beetje weinig. Zeker als je voor veel mensen moet koken. Goede koelkast en vriezer! Erg fijn dat je per ruimte de temperatuur kunt instellen. Kleine tip! We hebben veel geld betaald voor dit huis en we hebben er ook met volle teugen van genoten. Maar wellicht kan je naast de paar afwastabletten voor de afwas machine er ook een aantal wastabletten voor de wasmachine bij doen. Dat is een kleine geste, maar zorgt voor veel plezier! Een mooi uitzicht, kleine winkel op loopafstand. binnen 10 minuten sta je in Zell am See of Kaprun voor het skiën. En een compliment voor de ontvangst. Aardige ontvangst en alles duidelijk. Vooraf konden we ook vragen stellen per mail en was er snel antwoord. Ook tijdens onze vakantie was Nadine snel met antwoord geven als we een vraagje hadden.
