Summary: The overall apartment is spacious with amazing views but so many issues and nothing is being maintained properly 1- No air conditioning- had to open windows and doors to balcony even at night to get some cold air circulating 2- the 2nd room & small 3rd back room and bath have No ventilation and is as hot as a sauna. 3- Furniture is falling apart - literally - master bedroom has one pull out cabinet to place your clothes and the drawers are broken and falling on top of the others. 4-You have NO closets at all to hang clothes so we were 12 days living out of of suitcases on the floor. 5-The bed is hard and uncomfortable, cheap and used bed sheets. Pillows are flat and no head support. 6- they provide no toiletries- no shampoo/ no soap in bath/ cheap and severely used towels that should be replaced as they look like rags for the floor, we stayed 12 days and got one large towel per person (we were 2 adults and 2 children) which later after requesting they delivered 3 more towels that looked like floor rags & were greyish from old use and dirt- not even white . 7- Master shower has issues where the diverter valve that lets you change from handheld to shower head is broken- they offered to fix while our stay- but my husband was able to allocate it to the main shower head with his bare hands so we advised them of issue- hopefully its fixed for next guest. 8- There was signs of mold and black small ants coming out of bathroom vent opening and was disgusting while showering had to kill some ants. I get that this is a South american country and things are never going to be up to US standards but these items are issues that should be addressed when you are paying full price for a 2 bedroom apt and would have added to a pleasant stay. Overall we remember this vacation as an adventure but not a place that we would come back too again.

Summary: A well managed and well kept property within walking distance of town. The balcony and view are unobstructed and spectacular. Separate sleeping arrangements with two large, comfortable beds and one twin. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. A typical sedan (in our case, a Toyota Corolla) will have difficulty (no clearance) entering and leaving the parking garage..

Summary: Our family of 4 had a wonderful visit to Briloche. The house is perfect and has a great location. The check-in information was not very clear. We arrived later in the evening and did not know who was supposed to meet us. The rental agency did not provide the on site contact information in advance of our arrival.
