Positive: The location was perfect - my friends and I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and visiting nearby bars, restaurants, and cafes. We felt completely safe, even as a party of 4 girls, and loved the location. On-site parking off the street was very convenient. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and were perfect for 4 people. Although the kitchenette was small, we had no problem storing food and snacks for the beach. There was a beach umbrella and boogie board available at the property that got a lot of use!

Negative: One thing that would improve the experience of staying here would be a place to dry beach and bath towels. Even just a folding drying rack that could be used would have made it perfect. Also, the shower had a slight leak that would cause the bathroom floor to become very wet.

Summary: Amazing location, great accommodations, very close to the beach!

Positive: The owner has great communication. The location is close to everything that you enjoy in Pensacola. I highly recommend staying here. Love the brick building inside and out. Had very nice bikes that you can ride around the local area. The king-size bed was very comfortable

Positive: The only grape that I have lol would be a funny one if you have a coffee pot in the room you should at least have one pot of coffee there. But I guess the Lord knows what best for me because the coffee shop was down the street and I had to walk to itlol I guess it turned out to be a good thing.
