A lovely example of a period Coastguard Cottage, maintaining some original features, but very much up to date, a relaxing house to stay in. It is a short walk to the golf course, a few hundred metres from the sea, and a mile from the town of New Romney with its shops and facilities. Pets welcome.
The property offers accommodation over 3 floors and sleeps a maximum of 6 persons.
The ground floor has French doors from the front garden to the lounge diner with table and chairs and comfortable sofas. There is a TV with Freeview and a DVD player.
Super fast WIFI.
The fully fitted modern kitchen has gas oven and hob, dishwasher and plenty of storage.
To the rear there is a utility room with washing machine.
The first floor has shower room with shower cubicle, WC and sink as well as a heated towel radiator.
There are two bedrooms, each having two single beds in them.

Summary: Had a lovely holiday, house was very nice and clean, everything you needed in the kitchen. Nicely situated about 20 minutes walk to the High Street, bus stop about 5 min away and the coast road about 5 mins away. Nice to sit in the back garden and watch the golfers. Highly recommend a stay here. Husband and Son enjoyed the sea fishing

Summary: Lovely location if your a golfer. Being a dog owner, beaches sadly lacking for a walk !! The promenade dogs have to be on leads and the beaches were empty of humans but trying to find dog friendly beach was Very hard work. Sadly would not return.

Summary: A beautiful house which was spoiled by being grubby in places. Cobwebs, dirty shower heads, rug so dirty that it needed replacing. Cushions in lounge needed washing. In the porch at the rear there were cobwebs inside and out. It had a feeling of needing some TLC. As well at the front door. There was no secure back garden due to a right of way going across the rear garden for the the other terraced houses. If I had known this beforehand I would NOT have rented this property as my 5 year old granddaughter could not go out in the garden on her own. Freedom to explore is very important to a young child. On a plus note the view from the rear of the property over the golf course was amazing. Thank You!
