Please consider this premier penthouse in One Town Hill, located at 680 S. Cache St. in the heart of downtown Jackson Hole, slope side at Snow King Resort. Walk to the Town Square to enjoy a night out on the town. This is the largest, highest end unit in the One Town Hill development.
With brand new, high-end furnishings and comfortable decor, make this your Jackson Hole base camp while you explore all this area has to offer.
This fourth floor condominium has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms spread across 2,000 square feet. The master bedroom features a California king bed with Egyptian cotton sheets and plush turkish bathrobes to sit back and relax in. The master bathroom is adorned with a walk in steam shower, large soaking tub and nicely heated floors. The guest bedroom is setup with a twin over queen bunk bed, also setup with Egyptian cotton sheets and turkish bathrobes. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides an additional sleeping area.
New Samsung televisions are located in the living room and each bedroom. Built in central air-conditioning is controlled my multiple zones throughout the penthouse.
The large outdoor patio space has a built in gas grill, gas fireplace and private hot tub. A snowmelt system takes care of snowfall so you can enjoy the outdoor setting all year round.
A covered parking garage and elevator provide easy access for comfortable unloading and overnight parking. Within the parking garage are two hanging bike racks and lockable ski mounts.
Jackson Hole's local town hill: Snow King Resort has undergone a re-transformation with new amenities including, an 8 person gondola, expanded skiable terrain, new zip line, Cowboy Coaster and more.
The world famous Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in Teton Village is a 25 minute drive from downtown Jackson and there is a bus stop nearby for a convenient shuttle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week over te 4th of July and couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The location is easily walkable to both the town square and the rodeo and about 30 minute drive to Jenny Lake in GTNP. The unit itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was outfitted with high end cookware, the nicest we’ve ever had in a rental. On our last night we attended one of the concerts on Snow King mountain and it was just a few minutes walk to the gondola. We highly recommend the Town Hill Penthouse and hope to be back!

Quiet and comfortable, with nice window treatments and fun bunk bed. Fantastic garage parking. Walkable to town and activities. The master bathroom had a fly problem though. We killed several, only to have several more come in maybe through the ceiling vent. Also, I had to check back with C&C about the $3K deposit not being refunded timely.

Summary: Would’ve loved to have normal Tv, and to have the Snow removed from the deck to be able to enjoy it. The house was in a great location! The details inside are impressive. Felt very comfortable and at home.
