Summary: The hotel is ok. They are doing some work to it. My room was dark and hard to see in even during daylight hours. The bed was clean and comfortable but there were particles of ??? in the shower, on the bathroom floor and a lot of crumbs in the night stand drawer.

Summary: Room was comfy and clean. Pool and patio area were wonderful with hours being opened until midnight. Breakfast was good. Staff were constantly replacing items. Yes, the juice machine was broken however they did have fresh orange juice available.

Summary: Service was ok! Cleanliness absolutely TERRIBLE. First room I was put in the toliet was dirty and had pubes on the seat. Asked to be switched rooms and it wasnt much better. The last night i was there i killed a roach in the bathroom!

Summary: It had been probably 20 years since I was here last,it is pretty rundown. Many things had out of order signs. The beds had a flat sheet and very light bedspread. I asked for a couple blankets, they gave me one. Couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and very nice. Breakfast was ok. Overall a nice hotel. Just getting older.

Summary: We reserved 2 king adjoining rooms. Upon arrival, they not only didn't have the adjoining rooms, but also no kings available. The workers were scrambling about everywhere talking about rooms not being clean and someone not showing up for their shift. Check-in person was not unkind, but very unprofessional and could not resolve any of my issues. It was late and so we decided to stay and make it work. The rooms were run down, lights not working, very dark, stained, dirty. Beds and pillows were reasonably comfortable. AC worked great on that 100 degree day! The shower pressure was good. The negatives far outweigh the positives, however. Breakfast was also dirty, understocked and out of many options. The pool was cloudy and there was a giant hole in the deep end, where a cover should be, that my daughter caught her foot in. This hotel was so awesome 20 years ago, but I won't be staying there again.

Summary: Its quiet n nice ....there are doing renovations but staff very helpful n courteous ...friendly ..pool area is nice n clean....breakfast was nice ....stayed w my service dog easy accesses to side doors for side uards to walk ur dogs ....very quaint easy access to interstate restaurants n shopping

Summary: The only trouble we had was that our room card key would not work. The lady from the front desk had to unlock our door with a real key. So it was late anyways so we just didn’t have a key. The room was very nice and cool for a very hot day. We really enjoyed it because ours is broken.

Summary: Had a pleasant stay, Staff was very polite and cooperative. overall cleanliness was up to the mark. Breakfast buffet spread was pretty good. If you are looking for a pleasant peaceful stay then this property is a must visit, I highly recommend.

Summary: The new manager is obviously still learning things but went above and beyond to make our rough check In experience better and upgraded our room to a suite because of the hassle. I would say that the stairs could use cleaning, the room we stayed in was very nice and clean! Definitely an older hotel but wasn’t a horrible experience! Just rough at first, the rest of the stay was fine!

Summary: what can I say? Staff was friendly and staircase in lobby was pretty and room was clean, that is where it stops. The pool was being worked on, the snack room had no snacks, the breakfast room was nice but they served no breakfast not even coffee, then they tell us there is no hot water after we checked in. Also we almost did not find the place the sigh by road and on motel said Quality Inn. He tells me they have owned it for over a year. My recommendation do not stay there until they finally decide to get it ready for travelers.
