Positive: I love this place! I loved the fact that it was very simple. It has everything you need within it, just needs updating. I love it the way it is. It's Quiet, comfortable, the staff is great! An with a pond right next door that you can fish!

Negative: My opinion is, nothing. It's simple and quiet. That's what makes it great place for me.

Positive: The room was decorated in style of the past. The room we were in had large recently updated shower which was very nice. Towels could have been better quality and more of them. The pool was lovely and temperature was perfect. Nice location off the beaten path. The lake next to property was lovely.

Negative: The name of property Best Budget Inn think they should change.

Summary: Had a nice stay and would stay again in the room we had.

Negative: The window unit didn’t cool the room so it just stayed humid. However if I would have told management it would have been fixed I didn’t bug due to checking in over night
