Positive: spotlessly clean, up on the hill so a constant breeze, nice neighbours in the other apartment and decent space for us all to use.

Negative: Unfortunately there was no-one there to meet us even though we arrived at check in time. We waited 40 minutes for someone to come and open reception. They did however give us a free drink as a good will gesture. Very strict pool rules about noise and children. No aircon in the main bedroom of one of the apartments. Very poor cooking equipment and utensils.

Positive: Spacious apartment with a huge balcony and sun beds, offering an amazing scenic sea view of the Aegean sea. The hotel apartments are situated in a very quiet location on the hill overlooking Aghìa Pelaghìa bay, yet very close to the beach and the entertainment hub of the village. The host, Mrs Roùla is very friendly with a big welcoming smile and always willing to give useful information about the attractions of the island of Kythera. The premises were extremely taken care of and with everyday cleaning service. Furthermore the swimming pool and sun beds is a huge plus for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities was ideal for a long and comfortable stay. Over all a great place to stay and highly recommended

Positive: Good location for the beach and the nearby village, with parking, good mattresses, great balconies with spectacular view, very clean overall, friendly and helpful staff.

Negative: As it's an island it can get very windy and the mop with the bucket was getting dragged by the wind on the back balcony creating noise. Maybe a different location for them would help with this issue but we were not that fussed to move them. Also more information for the checkout as we tried to contact the reception the evening before on the phone but could not get hold of them. Also very small tv very far located for the beds and in awkward angle but that depends on how much tv you want to watch on holidays. Back stairs and access to the rooms a bit difficult especially if you have heavy luggage .
