Summary: Great hotel in the cutest town. Conveniently located to all the things you want- food, coffee, entertainment- while still be quiet and peaceful. Staff was great! Room was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: The hotel facility is excellent, new building and nice designed rooms. The service can be improved though. Our shower makes screaming sound, body wash was empty, and toilet paper was running out. If those can be fixed, I would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: Room had spots on rug. Shower gave out shrieking, rumble sound. It 2nd room had same sound ehen shower on. Tv would go to wrong source everytime we turned off. Had to have staff keep coming to room. Soap dispenser would not work and hotel had NO bar soap. Had to shower with hair shampoo. Long black hair in shower. We all have short grey hair. This hotel was rated EXCELLENT. Only hotel so we were trapped. Take excellent rating off as not true. Owner took $20. Off

Summary: Bed was comfortable. It’s a dog friendly hotel, and the dog waste on the property was kept picked up. Room was generally but not always quiet. The AC fan was loud—I had to unplug it to make it stop. I could easily hear neighboring room’s showers going. The water sometimes got hot enough to shower and use the sink, but sometimes not. The hair dryer didn’t work. The management wouldn’t let me check out a day early with refund, blaming Expedia’s policies. (Someone else made the reservation through Expedia for me.) They apparently didn’t have a policy about loose dogs. Two unleashed dogs got out of a neighboring room, and they charged my leashed dog.

Summary: We had a great stay at the Prairie Hotel. From the coffee bar just outside the lobby to a very clean, spacious room, we couldn’t have asked for more for the price. While we were only there for one night and didn’t get to use all of the amenities, guests will appreciate the mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The hotel has an updated, modern vibe and the front desk employee was fabulous! We would stay there again!
