Positive: Good location for beach based break. Feels like a safe area (busy road outside though). Being able to relocate to the apartment during the high heat hours middle of the day was very good. Aircon available, but we didn't use it. The wrap around balcony area.

Negative: Really bad smell in the kitchen. No surprise when we were shown the room all the windows and balconies were wide open. Bathroom has mould in the shower and the ceiling is flaking. Several of the electrical sockets were hanging out of the wall. The responses to reviews (from late 2023) on booking suggested the location will be renovated. Hasn't happened yet.

Summary: Marseille is great. Apartment is well located, but needs a deep clean and brush up!

Positive: The location is great, close to the beach not far from Chanot and city centre. The entire unit is large for my family, I especially liked sitting in the balcony for a drink. I got a car, and not too difficult to find a parking space, having access to the backyard.

Negative: Not really, there was loud construction noise off on one of mornings we stayed, which was annoying but this is not the fault of the property.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay for 5 nights.
