Negative: These are minor things: The trash sorting and collection is a bit complex, they only give you one bag, you need to drop it in street nearby. The kitchen equipment is very limited, pans are scratched. The boiler was off on the first evening, but the owner was responsive in helping to restart the machine. Although it took a few hours to heat the flat. Once this was fixed, the heating worked perfectly fine.

Positive: Spacious apartment, just like in the pictures. Self check in. Later check out was possible and free of charge.

Negative: There was no toilet paper upon arrival. We were told to look in the storages, otherwise use kitchen paper until toilet paper would be brought to the appartment the next day. Luckily, there was toiletpaper in one of the storages. Communication with the host could improve. For us the parking instructions were vague, and when I whatsapped I didn’t receive a response about parking.

Positive: Apartment is very tastefully but very minimalistically furnished. The location of the apartment is nice in a residential area and you don't have to walk too far to the beach or to the main center in Wenduine.

Negative: There were not enough hooks to hang things on. There were no bedside lamps in the children's bedrooms. Unfortunately there were no sheets, bed linen or bath towels provided. The owners wanted €20 per person for these, even for our young children. This was not clear when we booked and we thought it was included. After a long back and forth with the owner, we saw that it was mentioned somewhere hidden below, but not in the main description of the apartment. This is a very hard price to pay when you are only there for 2 nights. There were also no towels or soap in the bathroom, which should be standard. Everything felt like the bare minimum. The garage, which is empty, is also not included and you have to park outside the garage (fits in with my comment above). You also have to take care of the rubbish yourself, considering the price is quite high. The house is very noisy. Unfortunately, the kitchen utensils and crockery were still very dirty from the previous tenant and we had to wash them again by hand (there was 1 dish washer tab provided only).

Positive: The key is in the code box, so it is easy to get into the apartment at any time. Large, bright and clean apartment, which has everything you need. We were provided with free parking.

Negative: It would be good to indicate on the website that if a guest needs bed linen, it will cost 20 euros per person. There are no railings on the stairs to the second floor, which can be dangerous if you have small children.
