Positive: The entrance system to the building via face ID and code number to the apartment were fast and easy. The apartment was super clean and it has all the amenities: cooker, microwave, etc. Also it has a quite strong protable fan, for warm days. The TV is big and the internet connection worked great, super fast and reliable. In general everything was so useful and comfortable to soend a few days.

Negative: All the process before arriving was so confusing and the messages of the host looked autogenerated and not clear. They sent me too many links and websites that didnt lead anywhere. The only important thing was one link in which you took a picture of yourself so the entrance system can recognise you. Would have appreciated clear instructions regarding this. There is no air conditioning and the shower cant reach hotter water, its capped to a limit.

Positive: Clean, beautiful, very functional, and well decorated. You can cook, work and relax there. The fitness area is a nice plus.

Negative: Had issues with the wifi connection. I had to switch to mobile data sometimes to use Zoom. The area around the property doesn't look very safe at night.

Positive: The apartment is comfortable, clean, well maintained, and equipped. Uses digital face scanning security to access the apartment and a digital code door lock, so there isn’t a key to carry around. Located in the center of town, it has pluses and minuses. If you are up to the adventure navigating the streets, managing the masses of people, shopping, bartering, culturally it could be a positive experience. However, if you aren’t, this location could be challenging. Suggest reading and examining in more detail observations of this neighborhood before making a decision.

Negative: The host could provide clear responses rather than generic pre-prescribed replies. I fully understand that communicating in English may be challenging, it may help if the communication be conducted via WhatsApp as it’s faster than booking.com email. Regarding booking.com, I asked for assistance to reach out to the owner to resolve this communication matters. There has not been a reply from booking.com help desk. I managed to communicate with the owner via WhatsApp, accessed the apartment and eventually all aligned during my 7 days I stayed at this apartment.

Positive: Nice appartment with everything you need. Friendly and helpful owner when facial recognition to enter appartment building did not work.

Negative: No aircon, and does get quite hot. Fan does not really help. Neighbourhood does not feels safe enough to walk at night or from appartment to bus station. Also, no restaurants nearby.

Positive: The checkin system was so fast and easy and I was impressed by the Biometric system eventhough I was skeptic initially due to the past bad experience with the face reading system.

Negative: Host Regiane is not very responsive while communicating on Whatsapp, she ignores questions.
