Positive: The staff and location was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

Negative: It was a bit hard to move with luggages because of the stairs, but it is normal for Como.

Positive: The property was clean and modern and in a good location in the little town of Torno. There was good communication with the rental company who responded quickly to questions we had. Great parking.

Negative: There were 3 bedrooms but the top bedroom didn’t have pillow cases and towels. When I queried this I was told the property was only made up for 4 people and to take towels and pillows from the other 2 rooms. This was fine as we were only 4 but we had still expected to use all three bedrooms as my teenage daughter and son were excited to have a room each. ….but all of us with 1 only pillow! It would also be helpful to have salt , pepper and a little oil to cook with like at the other properties we stayed at.

Negative: The kitchen lounge being separate and cold due to boiler issue. Would be worthwhile advising tourists that a small car is required for access to garage.
