Positive: Comfortable lodgings close to Goryu and Hakuba 47 snow areas. Team were very helpful and answered any queries we had. The pick ups from local bus and train stations along with the use of a rental van currently included with the property made our stay easy to organise.

Negative: Nothing particular.

Positive: The house space is big! Very clean, the floor heater, bathtub, amenities, and the car, of course! You know what? For the snow season, it would be great if you could provide simple small snow toys for kids, I bet the kids would love it! And as well as teach the driver to be able to pick up at Iimori station as it is nearer to your property! It saves time for your guests, as when they arrive, they need to settle a lot of stuff! And last part: even though it is generally safe in the property, I think it will be great if you can provide safety box in the house for the guest to keep their valuable inside, e.g. passport.

Positive: Powdersuites is modern and clean with all the comforts of home. It comes with a van and the host Jason answers calls immediately and is very helpful. I like the quiet location and the closeness to Hakuba 47 and Goryu ski fields. This is the third time we have booked and would not stay anywhere else
