Summary: Exactly like photos. Just was fast to respond. Beautiful property. A few items in the game room need maintenance but other then that, enjoyed very much overall.

Summary: The home was located very close to stores (Walmart, etc.), restaurants, and coffee shops. It made it easy to grab miscellaneous things we needed while staying at the home. Driving to the beach (we went drove to La Jolla) was less than 30 minutes. The area felt safe and was not in a "bad" area. Outside the home, it was very nice to take family photos as the surrounding views were beautiful. The grill was very nice along with the hot tub. The only other minor things I would suggest is the pool needs to be cleaned better, the home could use a good mopping (our family does not wear shoes in the house and our feet got dirty) and the a/c unit in the game room/barn house was not that strong so it was too hot to stay in there for long. Overall, I would recommend staying.

Summary: We spent spring break at this beautiful estate with friends and our families (kids aged 7–16) and it was everything we hoped for and more. The views are absolutely unreal -mountains, sky, and total privacy. Our kids basically lived outside, between the playground, hot tub, and game room. We loved hanging around the big kitchen counter and hanging in the spacious indoor and outdoor areas.The house was spotless and really well kept with plenty of towels and thoughtful amenities that made it super comfortable for everyone. The host was incredibly responsive, understanding, and helpful throughout our stay which made everything even smoother.The weather was a bit colder than we’d hoped for but hey that’s no one’s fault. ;)This is the kind of place you go to escape where staying at the house is the whole point. It’s peaceful, fun, and full of amazing little pockets of joy. Just being there is the experience. Such a special spot!

Summary: When we arrived we were pleased with the facilities which were perfect for the wide range of family we had with us . The cleaning group was just finishing up and had done an excellent job of cleaning ! There was something for everyone! We had a karaoke night and sat by the fire pits and enjoyed the pool. The view was impressive we visited Seaworld , the zoo, midway museum, Coronado , LaJolla seals and more. Had some mechanical issues with the spa heat that were taken care of by the ownerWould highly recommend to any group like ours

Summary: We had family from around the country (and outside the country!) join together for a Christmas Family Reunion. We are a big family, so when we set out to find a beautiful place, we knew it had to check a lot of boxes. This place exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, the host was responsive to questions even before we booked the property. When we arrived, the house and property blew us all away. It was just as beautiful as the pictures. The host continued to check in on us and respond to every message so quickly. We had an amazing time and we will certainly be back again!
