Positive: The lady was nice and always with a smile on her face .The place is clean and well maintained. Having the kitchen and being able to cook is definitely a big plus. We were able to hang laundry outside.Easy check in.

Negative: Strong smell of mould, very small room , no space at all to move. Due to lots of cars in the courtyard, there is no shared space outside. It's a bit expensive for what it is. There is no natural light due to the window with no window.

Summary: Ok, for a short stay

Positive: The facility was clean and the breakfast was good. Mrs Iracema was incredibly welcoming and warm.

Negative: The mattress was new but very stiff which was comfortable for side sleepers

Positive: Very good place to sleep, that is quiet at night, out of the centre, and very close, if you have a car. The owner is very helpful in giving advice on which tours to do, and how to access other places nearby, like Trindade, and beaches along the coast road. We had some issues with the air conditioning on arrival, but it was solved quickly, and made our stay more cosy! The owner speaks great English as well, so that helped, even though I know Portuguese enough to get around here.

Negative: The only thing was that the sign ´Pouso Paraty´ on the outside wasn´t very clear, and so it took a few moments to find the entrance, and then figure out how to access the car park, etc, but all good otherwise, and we are very happy to stay again.

Summary: Very cosy, and friendly staff.
