Positive: Let me tell you a little about this Pousada . From the first step we were impressed. This pousada is about detailed. Everything is in the right place, carefully thought out. Charm rustic style with beautiful landscape. The room smells so good , beds are very comfortable. The pool and outside fireplace was great. Stuff working in pousada is polite, helpful and professional. A special thanks to Veridiana !!!Amazing breakfast and evening tea with delicious cakes.

Negative: We love everything. To make this place perfect I could add a sauna or an outdoor jacuzzi .

Summary: Perfect place to rest your body, mind and soul !!!

Positive: Beautiful decor, delicious plentiful breakfast and spacious rooms. Everyone in the service personnel was attentive and gracious. The pool and outside fireplace with the complimentary drinks and evening tea was great

Negative: Since it's a wood structure house transformed into a hotel, you could hear people talking in the corridor's. But most guest were not loud, só it was not a problem.

Positive: Hotel is located in an excellent location nearby the city centre and with easy car access, in the Loteamento Veu da Noiva region. Hotel staff is super helpful and ready to help with anything, explain how hotel works, scheduling breakfast time, how pool works, lit fireplaces among others. Breakfast has a large variety of fruits, breads, toasts, nuts, cheese and some non gluten and milk free products. Ask the helpful staff about diets. Place is cozy with a beautiful view of from garden. At the end of afternoon, there is tea and coffee available to guests. There was no lunch and dinner at the time of my stay but hotel staff helps with ordering food, but since traveling to Campos experience is out dinning, this is fine. Rooms are wood floored, with cracks a bit but we found silence between other guest rooms. The nearby main street to the hotel is a a bit busy but not too much during the night. Check with hotel reservation before booking a room for accessibility needs, not all of them are o ground floor. There are some rooms with balcony which provided a beautiful view. There are also a heated pool which was nice during sunny days which is also beautiful.

Negative: My room's bed had a loud cracking sound when getting up and sitting on it. Not a big issue, as we don't remain too much on the room, and I did not report it. Since most hotels in Campos Do Jordão are wood decorated or floored, this is common on typical houses there.

Summary: Very relaxing extended holiday stay.

Positive: Everything, literally every single little thing about this place is amazing. I can't even describe the amount of detail and amount of work that was invested in this place. Me and my wife arrived on the day when main building had no electricity (due to the storm), and as many would assume this would be a bad thing, right? Absolutely not, the whole main building (inside of course) was lit with light of the candles and yes, real fireplace. Can't be more romantic. Smell of the burning wood and sound of the rain outside, while having a cup of hot tea.... Jesus, take me back to this place asap. Staff working in pousada is the most polite and professional team I've had chance to meet, and trust me I do work in hospitality and travel a lot so I've seen it all. I won't name anybody by name, as they all do fantastic job (from reception, yes! 24/7 reception, to the kitchen, housekeeping and gardening staff... All amazing) Perfect place to rest your mind and soul. I must say that negative comments about this pousada are absolutely not valid and if this place does not exceed your expectations, then i don't know that will... P. S. Apologize for lack of pictures, wife has like 1000 in her phone as she was running around with her phone taking a pictures 😂 We will be back sooner than later, thank you for amazing few days! Negative: You are doing amazing job! If i would really have to pick one thing.... Dog in the neighborhood can be loud from time to time (we heard it once or twice during the whole stay, but this is nothing to blame or Pousada or owner of the dog. Dog is just being a dog....
