Welcome to the Getaway: a well-appointed 2BR in the mountains of Montreat, walkable to miles of hiking trails. Private w/ its own hot tub, patio, gas grill, fire pit & beautiful views.
This is the entire 1st floor of the house, with its own entrance, separate from other residents. This space shares a driveway with our other rental property, a studio apartment over the garage called "The Carriage House."
Private entrance, full kitchen w/ gas range, granite counters, Internet. One bedroom offers a queen-sized bed; the other bedroom has 2 twins and 1 full.
Close to Montreat Conference Center. 10 min from breweries, restaurants. 30 min to the Biltmore house & downtown Asheville.

Summary: Comfortable stay in an amazing location. Beautiful mountain view nestled up in the mountains. Very quite and peaceful for a relaxing getaway. Plenty of places to eat, shop, etc and close to hiking for some outdoor adventure.

Summary: To our family it’s important to get to the mountains and support the local economies still hurting. Dan was great and very responsive. The property was perfect. The pictures made the property seem isolated. Not at all. Private but still close to Black Mountain and easy access to 40. Will be back!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful location and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was very relaxing. We enjoyed using the fire pit! It was very close to Asheville, but we had so much fun in Black Mountain that we only ended up going to Asheville once. The trail head restaurant, cousins, Cuban Café, my father’s, Pizza and pasta and the Dripolator coffee shop were awesome! We would definitely stay there again!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. We came to the area primarily to hike, and this property is within walking distance to the Lookout Trailhead. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. The hot tub is a definite plus at the end of the day.

Summary: Great property. I was in town for a conference and for the same price of a hotel, you get a hot tub all to yourself, large, private patio, nice kitchen and SPACE to spread out. The property manager responded instantly to any/all questions I had. Recommend 100%
