Positive: It is all new...they thought about everything. It got all the faciluties you need as a family. And there is a super just 10m from the appartment..

Negative: The aircondition is one for the all appartment so fir one it was too cold for the other warm...but that was ok. And it is about 2.5km from the city center.

Positive: Hosts made contact at time of booking to introduce themselves and ask about us. Host met us and welcomed us upon arrival, accommodating our early arrival due to flight time. Apartment was spotless and comfortable with ample room for family group of four (and could have accommodated up to six); well-equipped and door locks/air-con etc very easy to use. Nice location, with easy access to neighbourhood supermarket and artisan food-market (on certain days) as well as wide range of cafe-bars serving tapas and also more specialised restaurants within easy walking distance. The walled, private outdoor terrace a real asset.

Negative: Not a problem, but many local businesses were closed on Sunday, so you need to walk a little further to a supermarket if you arrive on a Sunday, as we did, to stock up on basics.

Summary: A relaxed holiday, with our accommodation a nice base from which to explore Valencia's attractions.

Positive: Convenient location. Big living room for hanging out with friends. Three comfortable bedrooms. It was fine for a two-night stay.

Negative: Shower was clogged. There was no soap so we had to buy our own. The kitchen did not have basic things needed for cooking (e.g. oil).

Positive: The apartment feels and looks brand new. It was spotlessly clean, had a great heating/cooling central system and was really comfy and cosy. We were 4 adults and 2 kids for 7 nights and we all felt like we were home! It has everything neccessary in the kitchen and bathrooms. Although it is on the ground floor, we felt really safe. It is very quiet and never heard anything from neighbours or the streets. The open terrace/yard was great too as I enjoyed the evenings with a drink and a cigar. It is well connected via Metro to the city center, beach and the airport. Leon was a great host, we were there for 7 nughts around Christmas and they had us a Christmas tree with small presents and water and wine waiting in the fridge. I absolutely recommend the place for a long or short visit. An absolute 10/10!

Positive: Apartman is beautifully designed, very well equiped and have more than enough space. Big terrace has a very comfort sofa ror relaxing. Communication and check in is very professional but polite and worm. Free parking space in front of the apartment can be a bit tricky to get but there is a garage very near that can be used
