Summary: Outstanding boutique B&B located in the heart of Assisi. Wonderful property with beautifully appointed rooms and common areas. Terrific hosts; tasteful artwork, and ample breakfast. The owners are wonderful people, the property is totally reconditioned, and Assisi is a gorgeous hilltop town.

Summary: One cannot say enough about the owners, the care taken, the wonderful breakfast, the spacious modern rooms. I am sure there is not a better place to stay in Assisi and likely Umbria.

Summary: Room very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and kind. Carmine arranged a taxi to pick us up at the train station and helped us get tickets for the veneration of St Francis. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Portica 10. The hosts are just lovely, kind and welcoming. The facilities are well kept, clean, organized and cozy. They had the place decorated for the holidays and it was beautiful. The location was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go to in the town of Assisi.
