Positive: It was all very clean and it had everything that we needed, plus a super quiet location on a beautiful plaza, close to a stunning church, and barely 4min away from Plaza Mayor (where there are many restaurants, shops, and the old city). The host was really attentive and helped us a lot to find our way around especially with parking in the city. The communication as well as check in and check out was super easy.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Apartment. Thanks a lot!

Positive: Clean and close to the old town

Negative: Parking was difficult. Even loading and offloading was a problem as I had to double park while loading and blocked the narrow street. Then I had to back up as some streets right by the apartment are restricted to authorized vehicles Te indications are lacking and I would not have known if a local had not alerted me.. The fine for driving are 200 Euros and up. To be fair this is true of all apartments in this area.

Positive: Very beautiful accommodation in the heart of Cáceres. Tastefully renovated and very well equipped. The bed is really comfortable. Plaza Major and all the sights are just around the corner. Samuel the host is very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The check-in procedure was a bit of a hassle. Like opening a new bank account: loading up copies of our passports and photo’s of ourselves. I never had this before when booking at Booking.com

Negative: Parking is a challenge. Make sure you arrange parking before rocking up at the address as the streets are narrow and a fun challenge. 😀

Positive: Lovely spacious studio in the historical center of Caceres. Perfectly maintained, fully furnished and comfiest beds. Great double sofa bed. The host Samuel was amazing - always ready with quick replies to everything and even sorted out our parking requirements and recommended restaurants. Wonderful stay will definitely be back - Caceres is SO worth it .

Negative: Nothing ! It was totally faultless.

Positive: The appartment is fabulous. It is located in the heart of old time but in very quiet square. The interior is designed to preserve the atmosphere of the old historical building and modern comfort and facilities. We would higly recommend it.

Positive: The apartment was top class. Newly renovated, clean, airy, quiet (new windows). Stylish combination of modern design in historic interior. Comfortable bed, good WiFi, efficient A/C, nice amenities in bathroom etc. Location was perfect, just few steps to the plaza mayor and the beautiful historic center of Cáceres. Samuel the owner was very helpful and communication with him was easy and quick.
