Set on a private 4.5 acres on the Williams River, 9km's from Raymond Terrace for all your shopping needs. Own private boat ramp to launch your boat for watersports or fishing. Cruise to Newcastle Harbour, Raymond Terrace or Hinton for a bite to eat.
Ideal for family stays, reunions, water ski enthusiasts, or just a relaxing time away. Great outdoor areas for entertaining or just enjoying the facilities for a BBQ and drinks. Large lockable close-in deck to keep the kiddies in. 6-person spa on main deck.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, Foxtel, dining, 2 loungerooms, large deck. Ideal entertaining area to enjoy. Surveillance cameras in outdoor common areas.
This property is priced for 10 guests comfortably. 40 mins to Newcastle, 50 mins to the Hunter Valley Wineries, 2 hours north of Sydney. Summary: The property is awesome, so much space for the group. Leanne was an awesome host with great communication. We had two boats so the boat ramp was super handy. Little sandy beach to ski in and out from. River is well protected from the wind. The pub/shed is wicked, so much cool memorabilia scattered throughout. Summary: Right from the getgo we fell in love with this place , I have travelled to heaps of places but this one is King!!!! . It had everything you could ever want. I will be coming back and will be recommending it to everyone I know . So AWESOME ,20 out of 10 ,thanks for the fantastic stay and hospitality. Hosts were amazing.

Summary: Had a few days away at this beautiful property. Perfect spot the house was amazing and having the river there was so great for the boys to do a little skiing and fishing.
