Summary: I love the place. I booked an apartment with 2 rooms. It was very clean and has a lot of space for 3. One bathroom. The property is really close to a tram station, and it was easy to move around. Very easy to arrive from the airport. Just have to cross a steet from the tram. There is no reception 24h, mind that. The only difficulty I had was to find a nice restaurant near that was open on monday night. But I took the tram and found a nice place. The tram costs 1,70 euros/trip. There is no garage to park a car and the street is full.

Summary: We loved this place! It is in a perfect location, outside of the city center but very close to the tram/subway. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage for us as our train out was later in the day, a lot later than check out. The rooms were clean and roomy. They helped us take our luggage to our room. It was nice having two bedrooms and we had a small patio. They had coffee and water in the room and told us that we were welcome to all of it at no additional charge. I have absolutely no complaints about the facilities and would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in Florence. My only suggestion would be a later check-out time, at least 11:00. The check-out time was at 10:00 and several guests were all in the lobby at the same time trying to check-out right at 10:00.

Summary: Outdated apartment, with a Bates hotel vibe.😉 It was a prison feeling in the apartment because of the bars in the window. If you staying 'get breakfast somewhere else because you can be disappointed. One stay it was more than enough for us.

Summary: This little apartment was just the right amount of space for our 3 night adventure in Florence. It was nice to relax in the living area at the end of a long day of touring, although it would have been nice to use the TV but no instructions were left to know how to operate it. The kitchen was simply but adequately supplied but we only used it for snacking and wine. The beds seemed too firm but were surprisingly comfortable. Our only complaint was the skylight directly over the beds that had no covering so it was bright. The price is very affordable and the location was perfect; less than a 5 minute walk to the Tram. We would definitely stay here again.
