Summary: From the minute we arrived, Host Kevin was attentive and very helpful. We arrived early and since our room had already been cleaned, we were able to leave our luggage and begin exploring the city! The room was extremely clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay there on our next visit!! Five star rating.

Summary: We had just a short 3 night stay. All the extra little touches made our stay special. Such as; A bottle of wine to welcome us, coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and ice machine for us to use anytime. Free happy hour drinks gave us a chance to meet people. The location was perfect for walking to Duval St restaurants and shopping. Kevin and Heather were very good to us.

Summary: Kevin and Heather run a stellar property. The location is convenient to many iconic locations in Key West. It is just far enough off of Duval to feel private and relaxing. The hospitality during the stay was welcoming and attentive. I would definitely stay again!

Summary: My wife and I spent a few nights here and it was exactly like we’d hoped for and expected! The property was very well maintained and they thought of everything. They also include so much for the price! The continental breakfast is more than sufficient, and the afternoon snacks and happy hour are a really nice touch. We will definitely be back!
