Travel Purpose: business

Positive: For number of people was good. Kitchen, coffee pot was unusable as it leaked, only a small French press for nine people, water pitcher was broken and useless, pots and pans were old nonstick & unhealthy to use. Mugs for coffee were soup bowls, no sponge for wiping down kitchen, had to buy. The benches at dining table were unstable. The book to tell you where extra towels and bedding were located was by front door that you don’t use, so didn’t find til leaving. Texted the wife and she never got back to me about towels or anything. On arrival had difficulty using keyless access for an hour, blowing up owners phone out in the cold needing to use the bathroom and phones about to die, with our charge cords packed, and it was dark outside! Finally was called back, the owner complaining to me that it was 2:30am where he was at but he was finally able to get us inside and giving us his wife’s number for further issues but as I have mentioned, she never responded. All pieces of furniture in living room was dated, old and needing replacing and very, very uncomfortable and dirty. It’s really more of a party house where you are too drunk to notice anything. All the beds were comfortable but each room lacked a dresser or anything to put any clothes in, so we all had to live out of our suitcases for a week. The decor was cute but the house is really made for a frat party. A full length mirror fell off the wall and broke as was hung with two sided tape. The pool table downstairs was really unusable as you’d have to move furniture to use. We have rented at least 12 house in different states and this was the least acceptable. Unfortunately there were more things unacceptable than there were acceptable. I’m sorry to say, I can’t recommend.
