Summary: We really enjoyed our time at this house. They had all the essentials needed to make it comfortable for our family. More than enough space for everyone, plus we were able to cook, without having to buy extra things. Thank you for having us, when we are in AZ again, we’ll definitely be staying here again!!!

Summary: Uncomfortable number of cameras. Felt very invasive. Shower was not clean, could not adjust thermostat.

Summary: We booked this place while we moved out to let our flooring get redone at our house. We had high expectations for the place, but it sadly disappointed us. The grill outside is in terrible shape and can't be used. The fire pit has to be jimmied with to get it working. The "luxury appliances" in the kitchen are desperate for attention. The oven controls have the labels worn off. The fridge needs the filter replaced. The dishwasher doesn't drain all the way and leaves bacteria filled water to sit at the bottom. There is a big bug problem, and they desperately need a pest control treatment. A bunch of the furniture is broken and/ or needs attention. The carpet has stains that pop once you are in there for a couple of days. It wouldn't take a lot for this place to be a great 5 star stay, but it misses the mark for us.

Summary: We were comfortable here. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt safe. The thermostat is quirky but the AC works great if you stay on top of the thermostat. The pool was too cold to swim. The TV/Remote had no instructions or service or antenna. You have to use your own streaming service if you want to watch TV. We did miss having access to news and local channels. It seems like that should be the bare minimum. The sunlight coming through the windows was beautiful. Just like the listing says, the sunsets were amazing. The long dining table was lovely. All the furniture was comfortable. It looked like the lounge chairs in the back yard had been upgraded, though we didn't spend any time out there. Plenty of very nice towels provided. We didn't cook but the kitchen looked like it had everything you would need. Our only complaint was that there were loads of cameras outside in the back yard. (6) They were in the fire pit and dining area and aimed at the pool. These were not disclosed in the listing and felt very invasive. I questioned this with the property manager and was told they weren't hooked up, but we only had her word for that. Because of this we chose not to hang out in the back yard and pool area. Cameras, whether functioning or not, should be disclosed in the property listing so you know that information before booking.

Summary: We had a great stay at your house. It had everything that we needed. Very comfortable mattresses and really clean. Hoping to come back next year it is a really nice area. Just letting you know a box from Costco came and I put it in the garage and the toilet paper holder in the master sweet needs to be tightened I would’ve done it but had no tools with me. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.
