The town of Staffoli is strategic to visit the most important places in Tuscany. Within an hour to reach Florence (36 miles) Pisa (21 miles), Lucca (17 miles)San Gimignano (35 miles), Volterra (36 miles) the beaches of Versilia (33 miles) Vinci (17 miles) and San Miniato (12 miles). You can take a day trip to the Cinque Terre (70 Miles) or Abetone (52 Miles) . Siena and Chianti (60 miles). Montecatini Terme is only 10 Miles away and it is famous for its thermal springs .
The Villa
The house is located on the route of Via Francigena, the ancient road from Rome to Britannia (Canterbury) on foot or horseback in the Middle Ages, and close to the beautiful nature trails of the natural reserves of Montefalcone and Padule di Fucecchio.
The Villa is made up of a large living room and open space kitchen with all appliances, american double door refrigerator with water dispenser and ice cubes. Laundry with washer ,dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board.
The Living Room has a double lounge with fireplace area equipped with sofa bed , the other half with sofa, armchairs and smart television (Netflix), wifi throughout the house, heating and AC.Pool view.
This is a 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms house with two sleeping areas.
First sleeping area:
-The Master Bedroom has one double bed ,a children’s bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub .Garden view.The black bathroom (with shower) is an additional bathroom in the same area and it can serve the master bedroom or the living room as well.
Second sleeping area:
-The Blue Room has one double bed,one single bed and walk-in wardrobe.Vineyard view.
The Beach Room: smaller bedroom with double bed .Forest view.
Both rooms are served by a large bathroom with shower.

There is big porch overlooking the pool with outdoor dining table and relaxation area,In the back of the house there is an outdoor barbecue .

Getting to the Property
You will need to rent a car while staying with us to see the most of Tuscany. Our place is easily accessible from both the Pisa (30 mins) and Florence (45 mins) airports.. In the neighboring town, you can take a short drive to a full supermarket (10 mins) and bank (5 mins). There is also a major train stop within a 15 min drive in the neighboring town of Pontedera or Altopascio. From this station you have direct access to Florence and Pisa central stations, no switching of trains needed.

Summary: This is a great house, garden and swimming pool as well. Everything that was revealed in the details of the house stood up and it was easy to access additional information when needed. Information in the "house book" about interesting places to see nearby was all great. We sincerely recommend this house and the host.

Summary: We were two families staying for 6 nights at this beautiful place which we enjoyed very much. We all loved the big spaces both inside and outside the house and of course the big pool. Overall this was a pleasant and enjoyable stay at a calm and relaxed place in the Tuscan countryside. Highly recommended.

Summary: We were two couples traveling and the house was perfect for us. There were more bedrooms than we needed. The house was spacious and a great kitchen to gather in for meals. The house was even better than the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. The house was very clean too. There is a great covered porch for outside dining too. The pool was a good size and very refreshing. We would definitely visit this property again. Thank you Eleanora for being a super host.

Summary: Beautiful house. Stylish and elegant. Plenty of room. Enjoying dinner outside watching the sunset. The pool is perfect. You would feel very secure with the electric gates if you have young children.

Summary: We went for a long weekend in July, A group of 8 inc 4 kids! The villa is just stunning, beautiful decor, modern but still with Italian traditional features. Very spacious rooms, 3 bathrooms which is brilliant when you're in a group. Superb large kitchen area for you to enjoy meals together. Bedrooms all spacious & main bedroom comes with an en-suite. Veranda & pool area just beautiful & very clean, a few bugs in the pool but that's expected as you're in the Tuscan Hills.. Eleanor & her mum welcomed us on the day of arrival, they are amazing, helpful people, couldn't have done enough for us, made sure we were comfortable and happy & went through everything in detail which was great. They guided us to local restaurants & supermarket & the quick route back to the airport to avoid the toll.. they even put a few inflatables in the pool for the kids, they have thought of the simplest thing, i.e a pack of cards, and giant kids games to play.. House has Netflix which is brilliant as it was very hot the kids could come inside & chill out. The house is gated so you don't have to worry if you have small kids, it's very safe & secure! It's about 40 mins from Pisa airport so it's not to far at all. We had a superb superb break in a stunning villa, we would definitely go again :)
