Positive: This is a first floor unit, so you can go straight out the sliding door into the garden. It also had beach chairs, a cooler, a beach umbrella and boogie boards. That was a big bonus!

Negative: This is a picky point...It was near the dumpster, so on trash day it woke us up.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay!

Positive: Location Easy walk to many things nearby Always things happening right down the street Lots of Eateries outside your door! The 3d party company was very responsive to any unit issues, but then again… it’s 3d party.

Negative: Hotel Tour Concierge RUDE, UNINTERESTED, NOT WELCOMING, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WARMTH, NOT ACCOMMODATING, and OVER CHARGED US!!!! Unit advertising picture is NOT what you get. Unit needs work, maintenance and upkeep, revamp (drapery stained, couch seats warn, etc)
