Negative: The lack of hospitality. The person managing the booking via Booking.com was unhelpful and lacked basic communication courtesy. There was no warmth or effort to support or inform guests, which impacted the anticipation for the stay. A place this beautiful deserves better management.

Negative: I didn’t like the fact that there was wet linen and wet towels, but I’m not reducing this rating because the climate in this area has very high humidity. Also one toilet didn't work.

Positive: Beautiful views, lovely grounds, House & decor is very tasteful. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Nice, private sitting areas even with a group.

Negative: This is my third time to stay here and its the first time we experienced the smell of mold around the house and especially in the kitchen. I realize it was at the end of rainy season but was just a bit disappointed.
