Positive: Breakfast in the Ceder Room was very good. All the standard breakfast items were available. Great ocean view. Really liked dining on the porch. Breakfast buffet offered every other day. The Ocean room had a continental breakfast buffet every day, great for coffee. The dinner menu changed daily with many options. The staff was excellent, CC and Mrs. V really went out of their way to make you feel very welcome. Room and Club House was a bit dated. The room had old Bermuda charm, sets it apart from the Hilton, Omni, and Disney properties back in the USA. The safe in the room was mounted at eye level instead down on the floor.

Negative: Lighting was a bit dim. The entry door swings into the hallway instead of against the wall, one had to step into the bedroom to enter/exit the room. Many steps, no lift. I would recommend to anyone who has mobility issues to call the property for more info before booking

Summary: I would definitely stay again.

Positive: Very friendly staff . Everyone from the kitchen staff to the barmen to the restaurant staff to the owners - all went out of their way to make sure that we had a great golf trip mixed with relaxation and great food. The location right next to the Port Royal Golf Club made iy ideal .

Positive: The beach and views from the property were absolutely gorgeous. One of the most beautiful locations I’ve ever been! All meals were very good. We recommend the meal plan if staying at the Pompano- it was a true value. The bus stop was very close and easy to ride. The staff was excellent about picking us up promptly and taking us to and from the bus stop area!

Negative: The resort was pretty and had lots of character, but there are some details about the property that need a little TLC. The rooms could benefit from some attention and updating. However, overall I would return no matter what. Excluding one incident at the end of our stay, all staff members were friendly and helpful.
