Summary: The apartment was excellent - clean, comfortable and very well equipped with air conditioning and a large balcony. The location is brilliant, close to all the restaurants, shops, the harbour and buses to the beaches. Marietta, the owner, is very attentive, helpful and a lovely person who seems to go the extra mile for her guests. I would definitely stay at Polykratis again if I return to Skiathos - which is a beautiful island.

Summary: The room is big. We are booking a big room with 2 twins beds. The unit has washer machine and clothes drying rack outside of the room. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Everything is walking distance. There's only 1 strip down to the port and beach.

Summary: In a emergency situation they were able to find two rooms for a early arrival! They provided personal phone number for any situation AND answered it. Rooms were cleaned daily. Wash & dry in some rooms and also some kitchen. Drive to airport - free! Great location! Would highly recommend. Lastly next door is the Taverna Polykratis Taverna. You won’t find better Greek good. Bonus the little bread/coffee place across the street!
