This home was refurbished in November 2012 with new furniture, three large flat screen T.V.'s including a 75 inch 4K in the living area, a 70 inch in the master bedroom, a 46 inch in the second bedroom and 46 inch TV in bed 3 (no cable in bed 3, TV is for streaming only). Also includes NETFLIX, wireless internet, High Def cable TV, two computer workstations and one with printer/scanner.
This is a very well equipped home. We have upgraded the internet speed as well, and the house has a mobile cell phone signal booster system, since cell service is not great in most concrete homes.
Most of the small appliances are Kitchen-aid. We have tried to include everything that you need for your visit: microwave, air fryer, blenders, 10 cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, mixer, serving dishes, kettle, roasting pan, electric knife, waffle maker, slow cooker, rice cooker, graters, single serve expresso maker, magic bullet, etc...
The bedrooms feature high quality firm plush pillow top mattresses. There is nothing worse than sleeping on a cheap mattress. In fact, we get a lot of complements on our mattresses. The two large bedrooms feature new draperies, with sun block lining to allow you to sleep in while on vacation. The third bedroom has sun shield blinds. All bedrooms have overhead fans. The bathrooms have unheated bidet seats and quiet fans for your comfort.
There is a large salt water pool in our back yard that is enclosed with a lanai to keep out those pesky Florida bugs. Our yard is private, partially shaded so that you can sit outside in the afternoon, and there are no neighbors living directly behind our house. It is very private. There is a propane Weber BBQ for your use, you are welcome to use it, but we do not supply the propane if the tank is empty. You are welcome to use any propane in the tank, however if you empty if, we ask that you go to Publix and exchange the tank for the next guest. There is deluxe cast aluminum patio furniture including conversation area seating for 4, two chaise loungers, and a dining table for two. We installed a power retractable awning in the lanai for some shade.
There is parking for 2 cars on driveway. There is No parking inside the garage, it is used for storage only. Although there is a double door on the garage, it is in fact a single bay garage. There is limited room to for storage since there is a golf cart, two bikes, beach umbrellas, charcoal BBQ, etc in the single garage.

Summary: The home is welcoming and has everything you need and more. Just bring your food and you’re set. So many things available to you. Complete peace and quiet, anything you might possibly need in the kitchen. The home is very clean and inviting. Very comfortable. We biked to dinner at the clubhouse a few times, biked to pickle ball, grilled, had the choice of three pools between the house and the clubhouse. Paved trails to enjoy, friendly neighbors. Inside the home had everything you could ask for to cook and enjoy your time. Games, beach towels and chairs, and much more. It’s all there. It was hard to leave. I hope to stay again.

Summary: The neighborhood (friendly neighbors, clubhouse pool, fitness center, restaurant) was wonderful. Owners were very easy to work with. Pool at house was nice. 25-30 min drive to Atlantic Ave (depending on traffic). Many restaurants 5-10 min away. Good location near turnpike.

Summary: Donna and John Chun are great hostes. Me and my family wanted to have a short experience on how is to live in America. We choose to stay around Boca Raton, so my kids could attend a Summer Camp, meanwhile we could live inside a gated community with its safety, tranquility and amenities. Polo Trace was such a great place to live this experience. There are two Publix near by, and Delray Beach as well Boca Raton Mysner Park are both 20 minutes driving. The house was exactly what we needed. Well furnished, great appliances, awesome kitchen, and a pool which exceed our expectations. Also, Donna and John left all the information we needed, as well as they were always available when we had some minor problems to solve. I wish I can come back again in the next years.

Summary: The owners, John and Donna were extremely easy to work with and very helpful and accommodating to all our needs. The house has every convenience you could ask for and more. This was our 3rd time using VRBO and also our longest stay anywhere-3 months. It was so comfortable my wife felt like she was home and I echo those sentiments. Summary: nicely located in Delray suburbs with easy access to downtown, the Florida turnpike, route 95, etc. Many restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, etc. nearby. The house and complex are well maintained with a very nice community pool and tennis courts. The house is perfect for couples with plenty of room and is well equipped to meet all your needs...in particular the kitchen is stocked well with appliances etc. We spent two months here and really enjoyed ourselves. The owners are super responsive and helpful. We felt that our money was well spent renting here for the months of April and May 2018.

Summary: Rather than have our FL son and his family trek to Maine and guess at snow outfit sizes one more time, this Grammy and Grampy reversed the annual trend and traded shovels for suntan lotion. It really was no surprise that the Chun property was exactly as pictured and described. The community though physically close is extremely private and quiet. We met relocated owners from familiar areas in the northeast. For any cook, the kitchen is replete with every appliance and handy gadget imaginable. Evening TV viewing is enhanced with Netflix on large screens. Floors glisten w/white tile. Bedrooms and baths are spacious. Garage includes amenities like bikes to make for an enjoyable ride to close by natural attractions, peddle around the gated community and to the community center's large heated pool, tennis courts, fitness center and golf course. Maintenance for the grounds and building properties was beyond dependable to exceptional. Polo Trace is a quick and easy drive to stores and restaurants and w/easy access to highways for side trips. Roadways are in easy grids to explore new destinations. We thank John and Donna for sharing their wonderful find with fellow snow bunnies.

Summary: We just spent a whole month in Delray Beach for the first time and was a bit worried about all the conveniences left behind, but the house was filled with all things necessary and had a pool at the house which was key for the kids after a long day at tennis camp!! I can't say enough nice things about the owners too!! Super sweet and accommodating! The location of the house is perfect if you want to get around Florida with an ease and have a safe and quiet home to come back to. I would definitely stay there again if I go back for a month!!!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the house. The TV's in every room were great. We especially liked the huge TV in the great room - perfect for watching movies. The location was ideal too - close to Delray Marketplace, and not far from downtown. We highly recommend the house for your stay in Delray Beach.
