Positive: Good location with an excellent view. Loved the onsite cat, which also decided to spend some time with us in our room!

Negative: We had to cancel part of the trip due to an emergency, and we would have appreciated some consideration from the management for a discount on the room charges, which were very steep. I can understand its "policy", but that's where a good brand stands apart. Also, the property (esp the spa) could do better with the overall premium look and feel.

Positive: Wonderful location with a fantastic view. The cottages were very spacious with comfortable beds and bathtubs! We also enjoyed the game room, the small playground and the complimentary high tea.

Negative: The swimming pool water was so cloudy that we could barely see our feet. Along with a lingering sewage smell, the pool experience was quite disappointing. The restaurant setting is very nice but the service during the day was slow (typically 45min) and very few non-spicy dishes were available. Foreigners should look for better options, or be prepared to eat sandwiches for the duration of their stay...
