Positive: Location at edge of the hill facing the seven sisters falls. Beautiful and unobstructed view of the sunrise. Decent breakfast buffet and service.

Negative: The toilet seat in room 509 kept falling and the fan made constant noise.

Positive: Location was the best. Liked the lay out of villa.

Negative: 1) The pool in the villa was not heated and dirty, it was more of a tick mark, not at all usable. 2) the sofa cum bed had bey unusual mattress, the head end 1/3rd was hard mattress the middle and leg end third very soft, causing the "bed" impossible to sleep on.

Summary: Great location, fair infra OK management at such a high price.
