Positive: Spacious rooms, comfy beds, space really clean, staff was really kind, breakfast good value for money.

Negative: I would add more Spanish delicacies in the breakfast, and when food/tissues/cutlery were finished, we needed to ask multiple times to have them. Hotel is also a bit far from metro.

Positive: Location is Great accessible by train/bus.staff we met are all friendly and always gives us a smile,receptionist are helpful , housekeeping maids are friendly down to the Lad who works and attending the breakfast. As i also work in the hotel I know what it's like.

Negative: Room is clean and comfortable,what I notice is some small maintenance work to look at...aside from that ,all are good.

Positive: Excellent location, rooms are spacious, the 24hr coffee/tea/water is great. It's about 25 min (public transit + walk) from the main train station. 24 hour staffed reception desk as well.

Negative: Nothing - it was a nice room and lovely hotel and staff.
