Positive: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a wonderful home base for our day trips to Montepulciano and Florence! We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant our first night where the food was fresh and delicious. Our first day we spent entirely on property riding horses with Stella and relaxing by the pool. Overall, a beautiful property and stay!

Negative: We loved it all! If we are being picky, for our 21 year old daughter, more consistent WIFI would have been nice and perhaps bug spray provided in the room since there were some small biting insects.

Positive: The property manager Christiana was amazing, helping in every little thing we needed. The apartment was spectacular, everything is well maintained, the showers, the kitchen, even the makineta. The property has amazing view, horses, animals and an amazing restaurant.

Positive: The location was beautiful and the staff make the stay an absolute joy. Helpful in every aspect and they really care about the property and every aspect of your vacation.

Negative: Everything was great. Some fellow guests seem to find it difficult following sensible rules such as no glass bottles etc by the pool but the team soon reminded them and put this right.

Positive: Beautiful property with lots to do. My kids loved the farm animals and visiting the horses daily. The onsite restaurant (focusing on farm to table) was superb, one of the best meals we’ve had on our Italy trip, high recommend even if you’re not staying at the property itself. Location was good, easy drive to attractions and sites. We had a three bed apartment, was plenty big for us as a family of 6 and clean. We also had daily breakfast, delivered every morning. The staff were also super friendly and helpful.

Negative: There isn’t much we didn’t like about the property, but a few more pots and pans and cooking essentials (oil, salt, some herbs and spices etc) would be great to make cooking a meal a little easier, otherwise it was a great stay for us.
